Gastronomy has been withing me since I can remember.
Growing up my family was always working in the restaurant business, but my vision went beyond that and it only continued to grow taking over my life in a great way.
I decided to study Gastronomy in University back in Brazil and soon enough I had opened my first restaurant. From that moment and on, only incredible opportunities and doors have opened for me.
I relocated to England in order to keep advancing my knowledge, skills and expertise of the industry,
I am really proud to be the Head Chef of Copacabana.
My mission is to create and serve Brazilian cuisine in a unique way by using the most natural, traditional methods and showcasing ingredients and its origins by turning them into striking and delicious dishes while also contributing to a more responsible and sustainable world.
